Job hunting that is! This is one of the most difficult processes for certain. I'm on the lookout for a good job and I have a tough criteria for what defines "good". I'm looking for weekends off, salaried, fast-paced, and a great team of people. I don't want to sell anything to anyone or worry about having to meet stupid standards for a corporation. I'm hoping to find a local company that has strong roots and bosses who actually care about the people that are the heartbeat of their company. Weird, right? I've done office work before, so I'm not averse to sitting in front of a computer, but I need to be able to move around, too. I don't want to be tied to one position as I want to be able to move up and learn new tasks. I've always hated inflexible companies where they decide you can only do one thing. It's very frustrating. that's basically where I am with this right now. I've sent out a few resumes, but I'm being extremely picky with my process. I don't want to settle for something, but I'm also not getting any nibbles. You would figure with all my experience that employers would be excited to have me, however that doesn't seem to be the case. We'll see how that goes.
